下肢骨折Fractures of the lower extremities
股骨颈骨折（Fracture of the Neck of the Femur）好发于老年人。解剖特点  anatomy颈干角(neck-shaft angle)：正常股骨颈和股骨干轴线间的角度，即110~140度，平均约127度。       髋内翻(hip varus):小于110度，       髋外翻( hip valgus):大于140度,2.    前倾角(anteversion)；12度~15度
股骨头的血供Blood supply of the femoral head圆韧带动脉artery of ligamentum teres位于股骨头圆韧带内。股骨干滋养动脉升支madullary cavity blood supply。旋股内侧medial femoral circumfllex artery和外侧动脉lat.fem.circumfl.art.，      该组动脉损伤是造成      股骨头坏死的主要原因。股骨颈骨折的分类Classification按骨折线所在部位分类(location)按X线表现分类(x-ray)按骨折的稳定情况分类(stability)按骨折线所在部位分类股骨颈头下型骨折 subcapital fx经股骨颈骨折trans-neck fx基底部骨折basio-fx按X线表现分类1.内收型骨折  adduction      Pauwell角大于50度，不稳定2.外展型骨折 abduction   Pauwell角小于50度，稳定 按骨折的稳定情况分类（Garden Classification）不完全骨折 incomplete fracture无移位的完全骨折 complete fx without displacement 部分移位的完全骨折complete fx partial displacement完全移位的骨折complete fx total displacement临床表现clinical presentation and diagnosis外伤史患肢外旋短缩畸形X线片表现Treatment非手术治疗(conservative treatment ：    皮牵引 skin traction    丁字鞋固定。
Surgery:     1.  Internal fixation：不稳定型骨折，    2.  Total Hip Replacement or   Hemiarthroplasty: 大于65岁患者，可进行人工髋关节置换。
主要并发症(complications)：    股骨头无菌性坏死(avascular necrosis)。股骨转子间骨折（Intertrochanteric Fracture）好发于老年人
